Plain-language summary of how coaching works, what it includes, and what to expect — drawn directly from our coaching agreement.
Nature of Services
Actions Matter, LLC provides faith-based recovery coaching — not therapy, clinical treatment, or medical care. These are two different things, and the distinction matters for your wellbeing.
Coaching is focused on education, goal-setting, accountability, and personal development within a Christian, biblically grounded framework. Sessions may include prayer, scripture, accountability check-ins, teaching of biblical concepts, and the integration of faith with psychology and practical daily action.
If you have needs that fall within those licensed disciplines, you are strongly encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals. Coaching is not a substitute for clinical care, and your coach will refer you to licensed professionals whenever your expressed needs appear to exceed the coaching scope.
If you have any concerns about the faith-based framework before starting, please reach out before beginning an engagement so we can determine whether coaching is a mutually appropriate fit.
Refund Policy
Refund terms depend on the type of engagement you've purchased.
Session Packages — One-on-One Coaching| Situation | Outcome |

| You stop voluntarily | No refund. The full package fee is non-refundable if you choose to stop, as long as your coach has made good-faith efforts to deliver the agreed services. |
| Your coach ends the package early without cause | Pro-rata refund for unused sessions, calculated against the per-session value stated in your agreement. |
| Dissatisfaction with outcomes | No refund. Results depend on your own effort and choices — see Section 04 below. |

| Current or past billing period | Non-refundable. Subscription fees already charged are not returned. |
| Your coach terminates without cause | Pro-rata credit or refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. |
Session packages are due in full before the first session begins. Group subscriptions are billed automatically every 28 days from the date of your first payment.
Cancellation Policy
Individual SessionsPlease provide at least 24 hours' advance notice to reschedule or cancel any session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are forfeited with no replacement, unless your coach determines exceptional circumstances warrant otherwise.
Group SubscriptionsTo cancel a group subscription, provide at least 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. Notice must be delivered by email or another written form to the contact information below. You retain access through the end of the current paid billing period.
No Guarantee of Results
Actions Matter, LLC makes no guarantee regarding the outcomes or results you may experience from coaching. Recovery and personal transformation are real and achievable — but they are also deeply personal processes that depend substantially on your own effort, commitment, and choices.
Results vary among individuals and are shaped by factors outside any coach's control, including your circumstances, mental and physical health, and the decisions you make day to day. Your coach will show up prepared and committed to deliver every session faithfully. What you do with it is up to you.
This isn't a disclaimer meant to lower expectations. It's a reflection of the core belief behind this work: actions matter, and the ones that count most are yours.
