Morning! I'm starting to create content now that will be some of the first resources I begin giving away to the public! Super excited about it. It's about minimized thinking (aka minimum effort / minimum effective dose) and maximized thinking (aka doing whatever it takes). If it isn't already clear, I plan on giving away many resources because I want as many as possible to understand how to get free from addiction! More to come soon as I will NOT be a perfectionist about creating this content in such a way as to make it take six weeks! I'm giving myself 48 hours at most (because it's a busy weekend).

I'm also still getting the video hardware transitioned from new fancy smartphone (quick and easy and grainy) to old DSLR (slower, complex, and higher quality).
